I was not one to try every diet in the book because I have heard and seen so many people just gain the weight back. Being a skeptic and all, I did not think anything would work. The 6meal plan put forth an interesting concept as a Diet Plan where, in the comfort of my home I would receive 6 precooked, hygienically-packed healthy meals for the day every morning for a month, except for Saturday/Sunday.
