We deliver all over Delhi-NCR. Deliveries are made between 8:30–10:00 AM. We deliver the entire day’s meals in bio degradable food grade containers which are blast chilled. Note : We deliver fresh meals Monday to Saturday. If you're on a monthly subscription, our nutritionist will share a Sunday meal plan so you can continue your routine at home.

We will pause the subscription for the duration of your trip up to a maximum of 15 Days. You need to give us a minimum of 24 hours; notice and confirm your travel dates. We can resume the subscription whenever you come back. To make sure that this does not affect your program, our nutritionists will guide you as to what sort of meals you should have on your trip.
