Delivery times vary depending on your location. Our base kitchen is located in South Delhi, and deliveries are typically made between 8:00 am to 9:30 am. To change your delivery address, please update it in the app by 6:00 pm the day before.
Once you have purchased any of our meal subscriptions, please note that the payment is non-refundable. However, you may transfer the subscription to a friend or relative if needed.

Yes, you can customize your meal plan to accommodate dietary restrictions, allergies, and personal preferences.

Millets are extensively incorporated for better nutrition, and no white products like white flour, processed sugar, or low-quality oils are used. We focus on seasonal fruits an vegetables to ensure local and fresh ingredients. Our kitchen adheres to strict hygiene standards, and no preservatives are used. All meals are freshly prepared early each morning.
Our meals come with microwave heating instructions. However, if you’re at home, we recommend heating your food on the stove for the best experience.
We aim for 100% satisfaction. If you encounter any issues, contact us immediately, and we will work to resolve the problem.
Your meals are packed with ice packs and placed in insulated bags to ensure they stay cool until delivery.
Medical tests are not necessary. However, if you have pre-existing conditions, consult your doctor before starting the meal subscription and inform your nutritionist.
Our meals are packaged in biodegradable boxes designed to maintain the quality and freshness of the food. As a sustainable brand, we are committed to using environmental friendly packaging materials. Meals are delivered in insulated, reusable bags, while juices and smoothies come in reusable glass jars and bottles.
Once you subscribe to a monthly plan with 6Meal, our nutritionist comes on board to guide you. The first call will be an onboarding session where the nutritionist will take the time to understand your overall health, reasons for choosing 6Meal, and customize your meal plan according to your nutritional goals and any allergies. Additionally, you will have two more calls, scheduled at your
discretion, to address any queries and monitor your progress.
